Is the jewelry waterproof?
Yes. Every piece is made from 316L stainless steel, so you can shower, swim, train and sweat in it without it rusting or tarnishing.
To keep the shine, rinse it with fresh water after the sea or a pool and let it dry.
Will it turn my skin green?
No. Green marks come from copper and brass in cheap jewelry reacting with sweat. 316L steel doesn't contain those, and it's hypoallergenic, so it's safe for sensitive skin.
Is the gold version real gold?
No, and that's on purpose. The gold color is bonded onto the same 316L steel with PVD, a much tougher finish than standard plating. You get the look of gold without the price, and it holds up to water and daily wear in a way solid gold or plated brass can't.
What does the Lifetime Defect Warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects, for as long as you own the piece: a faulty clasp or link, rust, tarnish or colour fading under normal wear. It can be used once per piece.

How long does shipping take?
Orders placed before 4 PM (Amsterdam time), Monday to Saturday, ship the same day from Amsterdam. Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days in the Netherlands and 2–5 business days to the rest of the EU.
Shipping is free on orders over €75.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll get an order confirmation by email, then a second email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy?
You can return your order within 14 days of delivery, no reason needed. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and we refund you within 14 days of receiving the return.
