All orders are processed and shipped from our studio in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Processing time
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of being placed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery time

• Netherlands: [1–3 business days]
• Rest of EU: [5–7 business days]
  

Shipping costs

• Free on all orders over €75
• Orders under €75: are calculated at checkout

Where we ship
We currently ship to the EU.

Risk and responsibility
We're responsible for your order until it's delivered to you. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at pathjewelry@outlook.com and we'll resolve it at no cost to you.

Delays
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery window, you're entitled to cancel and receive a full refund.
